Before we thought diet plans to lose weight were only associated with people in touch with their femininity. Naturally as they very much probed their weight and looks all the time, but now as we come in to the modern era we can see that many people organise their own diet plans to lose weight, in particular men. But this has come with other facts such as dressing up, looking after their appearance, hair etc.

So who am i aiming these diet plans to lose weightat? Well first and foremost to everyone, but i would like men to pay attention in particular. There are a whole host of brilliant diet plans to lose weight out there, not only aiding looks but also having good health effects. And with the growth of the internet, there are many sites promoting their own diet plans to lose weight. So what makes mine different? Well like all men i did not want to stick to a complex diet, and wanted a more efficient diet which can be applied easily.

So thats how my diet plans to lose weight came out, for me they are easy, simple and quick to take on, yes you can take them add and subtract, like and dislike, but as i speak from experience if you stay committed, they will work.

1. I Will Say This All Day- Plan, Plan, Plan

Planning is essential to get working diet plans to lose weight, if you know what you have got, and where you are coming from, then most likely you will know where your going. Its the same with these, if you monitor, plan and organise your meals, recipes and calorie intake, follow it religiously, then have a strict shopping list which you dont deviate from, you have already won half the battle towards building successful diet plans to lose weight.

2. Keep Control


With everything, a level of control is required, and this should translate over to how you eat. You should know and suss out if you have eaten enough for now, or whether you can possibly reduce your portion of food and still be full. Its hard i know, but if you dont work at it, no one else will, and remember, having 3 meals a day can still be disastrous, its all about your food quantity, thats why when building your diet plan trial 3 meals a day, or 5 meals a day, taking note of portion sizes in particular.

3. High Protein Breakfasts

As part of my diet plans to lose weight, i was encouraged to eat high protein foods, why you ask, so that i get enough energy throughout the day, and so that i feel more full, reducing the likelihood of me wanting to eat. Protein foods can be things like meats, eggs, dairy, seeds and nuts just to name a few. Furthermore, it will reduce the tendency of you overindulging as you still feel full from before, and remember, proteins are much needed when making muscles down at the gym.

4. Try Drinking Iced Green Tea

This may become a key factor in your diet plans to lose weight, i know it did for me, it helped me successfully lose weight because the catechins in the tea helped at decreasing my body fat, i dont know how so i wont get all technical but they did. Furthermore, the iced tea cooled me down, forcing my body to burn calories, why? So as to maintain my normal body temperature, abit of clever psychology going here, but trust me it works. But it might not be to everyones taste.

5. No Snacking

This is very important, and very effective when implementing your diet plan, avoid snacking. Avoid snacking in front of the TV, on a run around or wherever be very concious of the effects snacking can have, furthermore, just eat when your hungry, because you have to eat, not because you like that chocolate bar. This is a major issue in modern life for everyone, the availability of so many fast food chains, which are so flavorful, but if you are serious about sticking to your diet plan to lose weight, you will say no.

6. Stop Drinking

Last one, and probably the most important one in the whole list, attempt to or reduce your alcohol intake, its hard, but again its one where you will see instant results. To optimise your diet plans to lose weight, it is highly recommended to stop or skip drinking, why because one is alright, but if its on a regular basis, you might aswell give up trying to stick to a diet plan, as alcohol will ruin it. Furthermore, i have to tell you that alcohol brings a whole host of problems from cancer to strokes to liver disease, if you cared about your health then you would stop drinking.
