The vegetarian diet is primarily a lifestyle. The principle of the system

Vegetarian diet requires a very good knowledge of nutritional foods to avoid deficiencies. It is therefore intended for people accustomed to this type of diet or have a strong interest in nutrition.

The pros and cons
This scheme allows to avoid cholesterol problems and heart related to the massive intake of fatty acids. There is no hunger, intestinal transit is improved. The body is thoroughly cleaned. Associated with good hygienne life without tobacco, vegetarian diet helps to lose weight the healthy way
The disadvantages of this system are related to the difficulty of passing the stage of a carnivore food vegetarian food. It requires a good knowledge to avoid deficiencies in iron, calcium. In addition, it requires to adopt less aggressive cooking methods (steaming, stewing ...) to keep the nutritional value of foods.

A typical day of a vegetarian diet
Breakfast:
Hot drink (green tea, coffee or herbal leger)
2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 fruit
At lunch:
Vegetable salad variety, sprinkled with yeast
A gratin dish paw
1 yogurt
The percolation:
1 or leaking of Tartine bread

Lentil soup
1 plate of rice with tomato
1 compote
