  •     Limit the intake of sugar and fat, too much content in cakes, snacks, fried food and carbonated drinks.
  •     Do you prefer simple foods and non-complex.
  •     Arrange the dishes in small plates so as to give the mind the illusion of eating a plate full and plentiful.
  •     Fill the pot to half its size with vegetables, the fibers of which promote the feeling of satiety.
  •     Some experts recommend that you start your meal with foods rich in water, such as vegetables, soups or fruit to reach first the feeling of satiety.
  •     It does not matter too much hardship because the thing can be harmful.
  •     If you are assailed by hunger, prefer to munch on foods that are low in calories, like fruits and vegetables.
  •     Prefer light foods that contain a low intake of sugars.
  •     Make physical activity because exercise helps burn calories.
  •     Park far away and join the workplace walking.
  •     Avoid taking the elevator and go up the stairs.
