An out of shape superhero is about as handy as superman with kryptonite. Superheroes need to be ready for anything anytime; you never know when someone's going to be in trouble or when the bad guys are going to attack. 3. Cyclops - As one of the leaders of the X-Men, Cyclops is frequently called up to use his optic blast to wipe out things in his way. If he were so inclined, he could have an associate throw smaller kettlebells at him at rapid speeds, so that he could get practice destroying them. Clearly, he would want to avoid getting struck so having several colleagues throw them from all sides would be good motivation to not miss.
