With all the new weight loss drug to market - and generates controversy - many people also want supplements to help weight loss. But visiting these shelves at your local Whole Foods or other health food stores, and you're guaranteed to feel overwhelmed. What really works and what does not? And are they safe?

7. Mango seed fiber

Fiber from the seed of the African mango tree is a traditional African way to weight loss is finding new popularity alone or in combination with other dietary supplements.
