In the morning:

11am in the morning:
Drink 2-3 glasses of fresh water
1 sachet or 1 DIETETIC SVELT bar "snacks" DIETETIC BAR (2)




noon: (3)
One balanced meal (high protein low calorie)
1 serving of cheese (1)
Water, coffee or tea without sugar.




In the afternoon, 18 h:
Drink 2-3 glasses of fresh water
1 sachet or 1 DIETETIC SVELT bar "snacks" DIETETIC BAR (2)




Evening (3)
Vegetables and salad at will by list (minimum 200g).
1 packet DIETETIC SVELT
1 serving of cheese (1)
Water, coffee or tea without sugar




Before bedtime
1 cup water or 1 tea light.




(1) A portion of cheese is cheese 100 g from 0 to 20% sugar.
(2) Depending on the need and corpulence. Do not eat a bar "snacks" per day.
(3) The lunch and dinner can be reversed depending on your desires and requirements of its business or family.

Seasoning:
  • At will: Salt, pepper, lemon juice, parsley, herbs de Provence, herbs (eg Maggi vegetable flavor), spices, vinegar, mustard.
  • Few: garlic, shallots and onions.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil first cold pressed sunflower, grapeseed, walnut or rapeseed meal for each season your vegetables.

Drink plenty of fluids:
1.5 liters of mineral water per day minimum.

Delete:
All other foods
(including bread, starchy, sugary foods or drinks, fruit, alcohol).


Phase 2 should not be extended more than two weeks without medical advice.
