In this way, our body prepares for the winter. Although we are not like bears, which must accumulate fat for hibernation, climate and seasons affect our energy needs as well. If it `s cold and we dressed lightly or that we are in a poorly heated, we are happy to eat high calorie foods to compensate for the missing energy.
